Mike Mayfield
Mike is a senior leader of change with over 30 years of experience delivering high-profile transformation projects across financial services, having held senior roles with RBS, HSBC, Barclaycard, Nationwide and Citibank since 1995. He has deep expertise in stakeholder management at board level, both internally and externally, and brings a flexible, hands-on approach to complex financial developments. Mike combines strong communication skills with a consultative style honed across a career in financial services transformation.
