CellPoint Digital continuous support during the COVID-19 outbreak: a message from the CEO

As the effect of COVID-19 is felt throughout the world, I am writing to let you know that CellPoint Digital is fully operational to support our customers during this challenging time.

We recognise the enormity of this situation and how it impacts your business and are here to help you in any way we can.

CellPoint Digital has taken immediate measures to minimise the risk for our customers, business partners, and employees while ensuring 100% business continuity. As an organisation, we are set up to operate in remote manner and successfully manage all systems, processes, compliance, and communications.

Specifically, we have taken these critical actions to protect our customers and employees:

  • Restricted travel to matters of great urgency
  • All business meetings will be conducted via video conference calls until further notice
  • Our entire team is working remotely, providing 24/7/365 surveillance and support
  • All operational functions are running as usual; however, we have reinforced our teams to support customer needs during this time
  • We have increased systems capacity

We are closely monitoring the evolving situation and will remain prepared and ready to take any further actions that are needed.
